[xwiki-users] Tags in virtual wikis

Hello all, I saw in the list that Vincent said in the past that to make tags working in virtual wikis, you have to set programming rights to users in the main wiki (if i got right ...) I changed rights in the main wiki but it still works in the main wiki but not in virtuals ones. Can you tell me how to do ?
