I've just checked and your farm is on XEM 1.4.1 which means it's
running XE 1.6.x which is old. I don't know what the new blog apps
requires but probably at least 1.7.x.
Raffaello said he would update the JUG farm to a newer version a while
back. I don't know the status. I've cced him.
