Currently you can't do this from the WYSIWYG editor. You have to switch
to source and manually add the required class names to the table:
(% class="wiki-table" %)
|=A|=B
(% class="table-odd" %)|1|2
(% class="table-even" %)|3|4
(% class="table-odd" %)|5|6
