There was a early email notification plugin by Jens Kramer but it only worked with much old er versions of XWiki. I fixed it up for v0.9.840 a while back and we have been using it for several months without problems: http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Dev/EmailNotificationSuggestedFixes I have not yet tested it on more recent levels of XWiki. Are feeds for individual pages available by default now?
