Note to self: we need to add instructions for upgrading from an
existing 1.1.1 installation for the new rights UI. There are some
newer version of documents to import in the database but I don't know
which one. Thomas/Evelina, would you know? We need to add this to the
release notes.

Bugs fixed in 1.1.2:
* Impossible to translate page in 1.1.1.
* Error while importing a XAR containing XWiki.XWikiServerClass
object(s) in a non-virtual wiki.
* Issue in EditAction which allows to create a bad translation
state.
* EditTranslations panel does not handle empty default language
properly.
