Yes you can use the usual techniques.. pasting one of the 2 following
in your xwiki doc will do the trick:
<script language="text/javascript">
<!--
window.location="http://soal.org";
-->
</script>
OR
<head>
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=http://soal.org">
</head>
