Hi Daniel! Yes, lots of  changes since 2007 :-) Look at http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome Enter "skin" in search field and check for the desired skin. Each extesion has installation notes, so it won't be difficult to set it up.
