The space access right doesn't work in xwikiM4 ever...
In my case XwikiGuest is not allowed to delete a
Sandbox Page.

By example:
In global rights: XwikiGuest allow to Edit-register
and view
In SandBox space XwikiGuest allot to Edit-register,
view, DELETE and programming
I delete and re-apply XwikiGuest rights but
XWikiGuest
can't delete a SandBox space.
All my spaces specific access rights doesn't work
anymore!
