If think if you specify the image width and not
the height, it will scale
maintaining ratio.
It is scaling in the browser not on the server.

You can also use the 'class' or 'style' attributes to apply CSS
properties like max-height or max-width:

[[image:myImg.png||style="max-width:500px"]]
