Sur. You can set panels at the space level (look at the top right of your
page -> hover on Administration -> administrate space)
1. Create a new QuickLinksSpace1 panel from http://
<server>/xwiki/bin/view/Panels/WebHome
2. Go to the WebHome page of your space
3. Click on administrate space
4. Click on the panel wizard icon
5. Replace the current QuickLinks panels with yours
6. Save the layout
7. You're done!
