I plan to have this configuration in the UI in the proposal I have made for the evolution
of the multi-wiki mode in XWiki 5.3.
Currently, the "Home" menu is displayed only if you are on the main wiki or in a
workspace. If you are in a standard subwiki, the "Home" menu is not there.

There has been a discussion about the new menu

don't think you can enable/disable it for the moment but I'll let
Guillaume (who worked on it) give you details.
