Blog feature of xwiki - not working for me

I have a downloaded version of xwiki (9.840), and I am trying to create a blog as per the documentation given in the website url -http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/MakeABlog However, in step 1 itself, when I make a page called Test.BlogMacro, I am getting an error while saving the page. Error number 4001 in 4: Error while parsing velocity page Test.BlogMacro Wrapped Exception: Encountered "Blog" at line 1, column 14. Was expecting one of: "[" ... "(" ... ... "true" ... "false" ... ... ... "{" ... "!" ... What is wrong? How do I correct it?
