the option " Prevent unregistered users from viewing pages, regardless of the page or
space rights". When I take off this options the image export feature works fine...

Hmm what version of XWiki are you using? AFAIR I've fixed this in 5.0 or 5.1.

Could you show us the wiki syntax for the image inclusion?
Also I've just tried to export
http://playground.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Sandbox/WebHome in PDF and it worked fine.
