Note: Is escape now a single ~ or a double ~~
It always been a single ~, but there is a particular case with link
for which a first pass match the whole
"[[file://svivm01/sharepoint_layouts$>>file://///svivm01/sharepoint_layouts$]]"
and then its content is parsed so you need to escape for the first
pass and the second pass.
We plan to change this in xwiki/2.1 syntax to have only one pass or at
least behave like we had only one pass.
