Some more investigation:
Within my list of recent changes, the picture-attachment is listed.
Clicking on that link, the picture gets loaded.
However, when I view the Blog and right-click on the picture, then
"open in new tab" (chrome), it says "Error - this temmplate does not
exists".
May it be a problem that said URL contains spaces?
Here's the original URL that's causing the error-message:
http://MyServer/xwiki/bin/download/Blog/Professional%20IT%20/%20My%20Compan…
Compare this with the URL that you get when correctly viewing the image.
I think that @ is to blame, since it's not allowed in an attachment name
yet, although the WYSIWYG upload does not remove it. I'd say probably a
WYSIWYG bug, please open an issue on Jira.
Sergiu,
Wysiwyg does remove all special chars in the name of uploaded files: spaces, @s,
etc, it goes through the same code as regular upload file (I wrote that and now
I re-tested it on 2.2.2 and 2.3 snap to make sure nothing has changed).
Which makes me wonder, how exactly did that attachment name ended up in the
wiki? (and also which is actually the name of the attachment)
Gregor, can you open the attachments tab (at the bottom) of the blogpost
document and tell us which is the name of the image listed there? Also, what is
the name of the file _on disk_ that you are attaching?
Can you try to repeat that for a new blog post and tell us if it happens again?
Thanks,
Anca
