[xwiki-users] Annotation not working

Hi, I try to configure annotations on cop-1.myxwiki.org without success The annotation menu doesn't appear on that wiki Can you help please. I've read somewhere in the forum that it is related to developer right on a space but I don't know how I can deal with that.
