Adding objects dynamically

Hi All, Managed to work out most issues from a previous email, however I'm still stuck on two elements of the problem: 1) How to add objects dynmically from another object after creation (for eg, getting a document object and looping through the objects to add it's objects to the new document - can loop fine, but adding more does not seem to be working right) 2) Sending an email to a user when a particular update is done to the document (user clicks on approve/decline for example). This assumes the email address is correctly entered. Any pointers/suggestions would be welcome!
