You can build on windows if you wish. Just use Cygwin which supports long paths AFAIK.

But build environment on Windows just is not possible as of now. So i just
registered patches without knowing if they work or not :-)
But frankly, that *should* be better, cause initially i on-the-go stripped
"courier" from CSS and it was enough to work it out.

Well, there is no russian text there.
So even when i remove more modern fonts (BTW i wonder why there is not
"Lucida Console" mentioned. From Win2000 to Vista it was recommended for sources on Win) the picture remains okay.
