[xwiki-users] missing tools, what do I need from XAR?

When I upgraded my Xwiki from 1.1 to 1.4rc2 last week I think I was overly cautious about what I should include from the default XAR. I don't have the new user manager and I don't have the new panels wizard. What do I need to include from the default XAR in order to get these tools?
