Sure you can do that by using a script and using the
hasAccessLevel API.

Thanks for getting back to me Vincent, so what do I need to use so that only
the XWikiSampleGroup can view, I can get it to work using $hasEdit,
$hasAdmin, etc. I don't know what to call so that a only group mentioned
above can see this infomation
