Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately none of those steps worked for me.
Here's more details.
1. proxy requires authentication so i've used -Dhttp.proxyUser and
-Dhttp.proxyPassword in CATALINA_OPTS
2. I was able to log in as superadmin, but installation of xar failed
although I saw the the file was successfully uploaded.
BTW my installation version is 7.1-milestone-1.war. Maybe it has something
to do with?
I'll downgrade and see if I can bypass the distrubtion wizard and manually
upload the xar file.
