Hi Nicolas,
We have detected some issues regarding the migration of statistics tables
in all 4.x version.
We are working hard on fixing these for 4.1.3 which we expect to release
quickly.
If you do not care about statistics, you may empty stats tables, and the
migration should run fine.
Else, you need to wait for 4.1.3.

entry (which table ? which column ?)
