Yes 18th was supposed to be the release XE 1.6 Milestone 1(and
certainly not the final one though :)). However our release manager
got some personal issue and had to take one week off so the release
has been delayed by one week. Hopefully we'll be able to release it
next Monday/Tuesday.
The final 1.6 release is planned for end of september.
