There is a command line version of the tool for importing/exporting
XAR and XWiki documents in general. However it doesn't support
importing HTML files right now, only XWiki XML files.
This is a good idea for improvement though.
Could you please create a JIRA issues for this?
Also let us know if you're interested in contributing to this and
I'll show you where the code is.
