[xwiki-users] Failed to retrieve workspace

Hello People, How Are you? In the last weeks my wiki project became from a just wiki to a set of wikis after some manager of other departments take knowledge of this tool! Haha Everyone need knowledge management in my company! Well, then I have decided to install the XEM to support and facilitate the administration of the wikis, but when I have pointed my first IT wiki to my XEM the error below started to begin. Failed to retrieve workspace with ID [[wikdcti, NullPointerException]]: {1} java.lang.NullPointerException: null I tried to put various alias but nothing works.
