The difference only applies for scripts
#includeTopic wil include the content and execute any script in the
context of the *included* document
#includeForm will include the content and execute any script in the
context of the *including *document
For example is Test.WebHome include Test.Include which contains $doc.name
then with includeTopic the result will be 'Include' while with
includeForm it will be 'WebHome'
There is also includeMacros which should be used if you declare velocity
macros in your included files. It will insure the macros are parsed
before being used in the including pages.
