The only issue I encountered so far is that I am not able to change the 'Color Theme' in the Administration -> Presentation even though I use the Colibri skin as my default skin. This does not work for the entire Wiki nor for a particular Space. That said I can access the Color Themes in the ColorThemes space and the look and feel looks right. Any idea why?
