I ran into the same problem with the activity stream. This issue is known and being discussed in the dev-list. The problem is after running the Distribution-wizzard within a sub-wiki as a sub-wiki-admin. When you run the distribution-wizzard as user X you basically edit several pages (like Main/Activity) which are then "Last edited by X". The problem is that X in this case a regular sub-wiki administrator lacks the (holy grail) programming right, so scripts in pages like Main/Activity are kind of blocked now. This can be fixed by changing the last author of the page Main/Activity to a real Administrator (having those rights). That is the administrator of the parent-wiki. So I just edited + saved that page and now it works again.
