I did login right away but was just logged in normally into an incomplete
installation.
The difference between 5.4.1 and 5.4.2 is that with 5.4.1 I got a login
prompt on top of the installation window (where I can see it waiting to
install something) whereas with 5.4.2 I get a login prompt on top of an
empty window (i.e. the browser loads a new page and shows a login prompt).
