is real strange. Only possibility I can think of (unlikely) is that
the XE 1.1.2 zip was wrongly packaged.
After the import completed I could not access the page
http://server:port/xwiki/bin/admin/XWiki/XWikiPreferences with the user
'Admin'. So if this isn't intended the XE 1.1.2 zip was wrongly packaged.

I am logged on as Administrator.
Any idea?
If you're logged in as admin it'll work... There's no restriction to
admins in general.
However someone may have set some very restrictive rights on your
wiki. You could check that.
