Use the Administration menu item at the top of your wiki and select "Administrate Wiki". Then choose "Panel Wizard". The "New Page" panel is under tools. Find it and drag it onto either the left or right column. If you don't have either column showing you'll need to choose the "Page Layout" tab at the top of the page and change to display a column. Alternatively you can create new pages by entering it in the Url, such as: http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/edit/<Space Name>/<Page Name> This will take you to an edit page where you can create the page and save it. Just change the <Space Name> to the space where you want to create the page, and the <Page Name> to the name of the new page. Hope this helps! .:.
