Is this still "XWiki Core" aka XWIKI or is it one of the skins,
e.g. "XWiki Toucan Skin" aka XSTOUCAN ?
The XWiki Core project contains everything located under :
- platform/core/
- platform/web/
Since the modules they contain have the same release cycle.
