I am inserting a link to a web page using WYSIWYG and Wiki Syntax 2.0, and have checked
"Open in new Window". It inserts "rel=" instead of
"target=" into the source and does not open in a new page.
I found it's the same problem described by this bug, which was closed as
"fixed": http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-3641
Does this mean it wasn't or will not be fixed in 1.9.x? It lists "fix
version" as 1.9M2. We are using XEM 1.7.3, which is XE 1.9.3, is it not?
