Hi
If I cannot execute $doc.saveWithProgrammingRights() (I get erors)
Does this mean I do not have programming rights.
Also if I write Groovy code between <% and %> but the code is still
visible on page

It is deprecated since there's now a tag plugin
that allows to
manipulate tags :
- without requiring programming rights
- without knowledge of the storage implementation

You're right the snippet should not work on one
page and not on another
but it is related to a known core bug.
