Well is there must be something amiss since it's fast usually. Hard to know without knowing more of your setup. Some questions: 1) what database? 2) how many documents in your db? 3) what do you mean by slow? like 1 second or 10 seconds? 4) is it a special page or all pages that are slow? 5) have you enabled the statistics module?
