Well, there's an easy way and a fast way. Yeah doesn't sound right.
I'll covering the easy way.
1) Create a skin for your xwiki. You can find instructions in french
one of the Xwiki sites, or you can search for emails from me in the
usergroup archive on objectweb.
2) Edit the skin objects, and look at the "style" field. Locate
article_content
3) Add the following within the {}:
background-color: Black;
color: White;
4) Click the Save button.
5) Now this part is important, and depends on what browser you're using
[I recommend firefox as you get really useful tools].
You need to clear your cache. In IE, this is found in the "Internet
Options" under the "Tools" menu. Click the "Delete Files" button
to
clear the cache; and when you load the XWiki again, you must refresh (F5
or "Refresh" button).
This will only change ARTICLE CONTENT; for other page styles you will
need to alter the corresponding style.

Subject: [xwiki-users] How to change colors?
I just recently made an XWiki and need to change the colors to the
articles the users make. I need the background to be black and the text
white. How can I change this?
