Blog entry in profile!

Dear XWiki-Users, I'm currently setting up an xwiki (private) site for our institute, but are struggling a bit with RSS feed and Blog. What exactly does one have to enter into the Blog and Blog feed entries of a user's profile? Thanks in advance!
