missing menu , toolbar, howto edit the bars

Hi! After updating from XWiki Version 0.9.840 to XWiki 1.0 Beta 4 following the migration orders from http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/ReleaseNotesXWiki10Beta5 "You want to use the new 1.0 skin with your current database. " i am missing my menu bar on the left side, and the toolbar ond the right side. How to get it back? See above mentioned release notes, which only proposes to enter "xwiki10b1" as skin name, but what about the other fields? I already switched on the options in admin cfg (skin section) to show the bars, but what to fill in the edit fields for the bars? However all data from old wiki board is retrieved from "migrated" db, except the skinning. Although i installed the Panels XAR and logged in as admin (http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/PanelsApplication) i can't no access the site http://<server>/xwiki/bin/view/Panels/PanelWizard or http://<server>/xwiki/bin/view/Panels/ page. I get message "The requested document could not be found.You can edit this page to create it. " Thanks for support, cheers Fabian.
