This NOT what is mentioned on xwiki.org. This is what is said on
xwiki.org:
"This site is not a sandox where you can try out XWiki. You only need
to register if you want to contribute by improving the documentation.
For testing, you should use the provided sandbox for this purpose."
where "provided sandbox" is a link to the sandbox.
Now the pb on sandbox.xwiki.org was that someone had somehow changed
the rights for registering. I have reset that. Should be fine now.
