What exactly do you mean by "downloaded"? You should install the File
Manager application through the Extension Manager from the wiki
administration. See

. This applies for all extensions from http://extensions.xwiki.org
that display "Installable with the Extension Manager".

For your information, my xwiki is configured in french, and I'm logged with a
superadmin account...
Do you have an idea ? Or a fix to help me ?
