When I write Vietnamese characters, I can see them in the view however when I
go in the edit page the characters have been transform in

After I've modified encoding in xwiki.cfg file using UTF-8 instead of
ISO-8859-1 and now I can have strange characters like this :
åç¨åºæ±åï¼è¿
I had this result with MySQL 4.20 and Postgres 7.4
