Looks like problem is rather on my side Cannot perform   wget http://download.forge.objectweb.org/xwiki/xwiki-enterprise-web-3.3.war and   wget http://extensions.xwiki.org The first one definitely worked before. But indeed ping does not, maybe there is a protection or something on the server.
