There is $doc.getLinkedPages() currently which searches for links using
regexp. You need a quary for the child pages: "where
doc.parent='$doc.fullName'"
We are finishing the work on the backLinks module which will provide
both a getLinks() and getBackLinks() api in Document. The links will be
saved to an additional table in the database when the document is modified.
