Changed the xwiki.cfg and xwiki.properties as instructed
(environment.permanentDirectory=/var/local/xwiki/).
Even changed owner to tomcat user and permissions to 775 just to be sure.
Restarted the whole thing.
Still, the new attachments don't end up in the
proper directory. What did I miss?
The actual part where you indicate that you want to use filesystem
attachments. Look at the end of the page.
environment.permanentDirectory should always be set and is not
specifically related to attachment, it just indicate to various
component where to store whatever they need to store.
