$doc.getAttachmentURL is used for files attached to $doc, i.e. the current
document, so you either use
$doc.getAttachmentURL('fileName')
or
$xwiki.getAttachmentURL('Space.Page', 'fileName')

Any suggestions if this CAN work, and if possible; what am I doing wrong?
