It seems to be related to the redirection that happens when you try to
access SACD. It's related to the login redirection.
Note I can reproduce your issue with tcc (I try to access the
administration panel without beeing logged)
Right now, I'm not sure if it's related to XWiki or to your
architecture/configuration (maybe aliases/wiki names, a proxy/URL
rewriting ?).
