To remove pages imported through a XAR import you need to remove all the pages you
imported.
With the extension manager (EM) it's much simpler (one click) which is why you should
always use the EM.

Two:
I installed the "org.xwiki.platform:xwiki-platform-ldap-api 5.0.3" through the
"import content" feature.
If you're talking about the Import feature in the admin page then it can only import
XARs.
