Hi, i install Lucene plugin as instruction says, but when "buil index"
finish indexing, i try i search and always get a no results...
In the xwiki.conf i add
xwiki.plugins=com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.calendar.CalendarPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.feed.FeedPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.ldap.LDAPPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.google.GooglePlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.alexa.AlexaPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.ipresolver.IPResolverPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.terraserver.TerraServerPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.google.AdWordsPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.flickr.FlickrPlugin,com.xpn.xwiki.plugin.mail.MailPlugin,net.jkraemer.xwiki.plugins.lucene.LucenePlugin

xwiki.plugins.lucene.indexinterval=300
Then i copy the search form from plugin's zip, this in a test enviroment
with tomcat 5.5 and postgresql as database in a win 2000, the real
enviroment is a sun appserver 8 with postgresql in a red hat enterprise 4.
Some idea, i need advanced search things, other options ?

Hi,
Have you run the reindexing (there is a page also for this I think). The
plugin will only index on new modifications.
Do you see anything in the log file with debug turned on or do you see
the index changing on disk ?

Hi, the first time i see files generated on the dir c:\\Lucene\\ but
search throws no results, now after delete this files and reindex (with
the link) there is no file generation...
I try with the debug's log to see something more...
This is kind of critical feature, because standar search is case
sensitive and this xwiki will growth fast...

It should probably be created but I'm not sure at what point. Looking at

New subject: [xwiki-users] Lucene Plugin
I delete the jars, the lines of xwiki.cfg, restart tomcat, down tomcat,
add the jars again, the xwiki.cfg and restart tomcat again, now the
files are created in the lucene index dir, but still i have "noresults"
in the search form for any search, and there is nothing in xwiki.log ...
In the same tomcat now im using Zilverline, and this indexes (Lucene
too) are very well ...
There is other log or something to see why always get "noresults" ?

Have you run the reindexing (there is a page also for this I think).
The plugin will only index on new modifications.
Do you see anything in the log file with debug turned on or do you
see the index changing on disk ?

Does the exception happen on reindexing (

It should probably be created but I'm not sure at what point. Looking
at the code is the solution

Hi,
Have you run the reindexing (there is a page also for this I
think). The plugin will only index on new modifications.
Do you see anything in the log file with debug turned on or do you
see the index changing on disk ?
