please, reopen my xwiki: dafedin.myxwiki.org

Hello dmitry,
I've reopened dafedin.myxwiki.org, but we would really appreciate that you
clean your instance a bit, by :
1. Closing free registration. It can be done by unchecking the register
right to Guest users, in the administration.
2. Cleaning the spam users. You can use this snippet for that :
http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Delete+Spam+Users
If it is proved that your wiki brings too much load to the
myxwiki.orgplatform due to again spam activity (you have 453 users
ATM, mostly fakes),
we would have to close your wiki again.
Myxwiki.org farm is a pretty stable platform now, let's keep it like this.

FTR I’ve updated http://myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome and added:
"It's your duty to keep your wiki healthy and to avoid having it use too many
resources (CPU and memory). This means avoiding using costly scripts and properly securing
your wiki to avoid spam users and spam comments. Your wiki may be closed if it's not
abiding by this rule."

About this matter, could we deactivate users registration in the wiki
template? Wiki owners will be able to activate it if needed, but most of
them don't need that by default, and it's the #1 failure point of this
platform.
WDYT? Does it need a vote or something?
