I understand a little bit more my problem.
Actually, I didn't write my text but i pasted it from an Excel
document. This text was already in bold in the Excel doc but no more in
the WYSIWYG editor.
I think that it was a problem about that.
Now it works good.

reproduce it first :)
All I can say is that the standard xwiki/2.1 parser is properly
parsing what you gave as a list as you can see in the link I pasted.
